The purpose of combining two soda fountains into one? Economy? Advertising?
Individual brands–Coke on the left, Pepsi on the right–subsumed by the greater purpose of thirst-busting.
Two ice dispensers. Is it socially acceptable to use a convenience-store soda fountain at the same time as someone else? Does design set social norms? Or are the two dispensers there for convenience’s sake?
Interesting: Some graphic designer made the drink inside the super-cup brown. A subtle hint towards cola? Or mundane recognition that most fountain drinks are brown?
Spotted: Convenience store, New Orleans, LA.
